• Handcrafted wooden & metal products (Shelves, planters, décor, furniture, etc.): Dispatched within 7–10 working days.

• Delivery time varies by product size, weight & destination.
• Expected delivery: 4–12 working days after dispatch.
• Metro cities may receive smaller items within 1–3 working days.
• Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues may impact delivery times.

4. Courier Partners & Tracking

• We ship using trusted partners like Delhivery, FedEx, etc.
• For remote pin codes, India Post / Speed Post may be used.
• Tracking details are shared via SMS or Email once dispatched.

5. Customized & Bulk Orders

• Shipping timelines for custom & bulk orders differ from normal orders.

1. Wrong Item / Damaged / Incomplete Product

If you receive a damaged product, wrong item, or incomplete delivery, you are eligible for:

⚠️ Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Return Pickup & Quality Check

• Once your request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup.
• The returned product undergoes a detailed quality inspection with photo/video documentation.

If the inspection confirms that:

• The issue is genuine and due to our error
• The product is unused and in its original packaging

👉 Your replacement, exchange, or refund will be processed accordingly.

3. Incomplete Products

• Missing part(s) will be shipped after verification.
• A full return is not required unless requested by our team.

4. Custom Product Orders

• Custom products are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.
• Replacement only if product is incorrect or damaged.
• Customer must verify all design details before production.
• COD is not available for custom orders.

5. Bulk Orders

• Orders above INR 15,000 are considered bulk orders.
• Bulk orders are non-refundable.
• Only damaged or defective items within a bulk order are eligible for replacement.

Damaged/Defective includes:

• Manufacturing defects
• Transit damage

• Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.
• Bulk order shipping timelines will be shared at confirmation.
