1. Wrong Item / Damaged / Incomplete Product

If you receive a damaged product, wrong item, or incomplete delivery, you are eligible for:

  • Replacement with the correct product
  • Exchange with another product of equal value
  • Full refund (only for prepaid orders)
How to Raise a Request
  • Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • Email us at support@wudlix.com
  • Provide clear photos and a complete unboxing video showing the issue

⚠️ Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Return Pickup & Quality Check
  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup.
  • The returned product undergoes a detailed quality inspection with photo/video documentation.

If the inspection confirms that:

  • The issue is genuine and due to our error
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

👉 Your replacement, exchange, or refund will be processed accordingly.

3. Incomplete Products
  • Missing part(s) will be shipped after verification.
  • A full return is not required unless requested by our team.
4. Custom Product Orders
  • Custom products are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable.
  • Replacement only if product is incorrect or damaged.
  • Customer must verify all design details before production.
  • COD is not available for custom orders.
5. Bulk Orders
  • Orders above INR 15,000 are considered bulk orders.
  • Bulk orders are non-refundable.
  • Only damaged or defective items within a bulk order are eligible for replacement.

Damaged/Defective includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Transit damage

📦 Customers must inspect items carefully at the time of delivery.

6. Reporting Timeline for Bulk Orders
  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Bulk order shipping timelines will be shared at confirmation.
7. Important Note

Our products are handcrafted and made from natural materials. Minor variations in color, texture, or wood grain are natural and do not qualify as defects.
